- Scope
- Venetian plaster on vaulted and curved ceilings
- Completed

The finish
The ceilings were finished in hand-applied Venetian plaster to give them depth, movement and a quiet sheen, so the surface changes as daylight moves through the house.
Every stage on the curved and vaulted surfaces, from preparation to the final pass, was done by hand.
Protecting the house
Wrought-iron railings, crystal chandeliers, stair runners and floors stayed in place, sealed under plastic and tape while the work went on above them.
