Remodeling, restoration and finishes in Promontory, Park City

Our team has worked inside Promontory for more than a decade, seven to eight of those years as this company, on club facilities and private homes, alongside Promontory’s operations and maintenance teams.

Club facilities

  • Equestrian Club: exterior restoration and refinishing of the 47,000 sq ft facility, its wood, metal and parts of the stables
  • Promontory Club: a large architectural NanoWall system in the pool area
  • The Beach Club, the Nicklaus Campus, Kids Club and The Outfitters
  • Maintenance and operations facilities
  • Concrete, walkways and exterior repairs across the community

Private residences

Bathroom remodels, interior improvements, Venetian plaster and specialty finishes, wood restoration, and exterior stain and waterproofing, like the Promontory garages we restained and sealed with a liquid-rubber membrane.

Working under Promontory’s rules

  • Design guidelines and an architectural application process for exterior changes
  • Construction hours of 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with gate access Monday to Saturday
  • Gate-pass registration for every crew
  • A refundable performance deposit

Requirements change, so we confirm the current rules with the community and the county before each project starts.

Questions

Have you worked in Promontory, and do you know its construction rules?

Yes. Our team has worked inside Promontory for more than a decade, seven to eight of those years as this company: the Equestrian Club restoration, a NanoWall installation at the Promontory Club pool, the Beach Club, the Nicklaus Campus, Kids Club and The Outfitters, and private homes. Promontory publishes design guidelines and an architectural application process, sets construction hours of 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with gate access Monday to Saturday, and requires gate-pass registration and a refundable performance deposit. We confirm the current rules for every project.

Who issues my building permit: Park City or Summit County?

It depends on the property’s jurisdiction, not its mailing address. Inside Park City limits (generally Old Town, Park Meadows and Deer Valley) permits come from the Park City Building Department; in unincorporated Summit County (generally Promontory, the Snyderville Basin, Kimball Junction and Canyons Village) they come from Summit County Building. We confirm the jurisdiction for each address and coordinate the submissions, with formal applications and regulated work under the required licenses.
